I hold a Master’s Degree in Sanskrit, an M.Phil. in Theatre Arts and Film Aesthetics from the Centre for Performing and Visual Arts, University of Kerala, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication and Journalism from the University of Kerala. I completed my Ph.D. on the topic “The Deviations of Bhasa Plays from the Indian Epic and its Dramatic Elements” (Theatrical Adaptations and Stage Aspects in Bhasa’s Plays).

I have written and directed the acclaimed Sanskrit play “Kimartham Droupadi” (70 minutes), which had its debut performance on 19 August 2015 in Thiruvananthapuram. It was the only play from South India selected by the Central Ministry of Culture to be staged in foreign countries.
